A Completely new product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"extra-marge-blog-3\">The heat pump you purchase and install must be completely new at the time of purchase. It must not have been used previously, including as a showroom or demonstration model. Second-hand, refurbished, or previously used heat pumps, regardless of condition or year of manufacture, are not eligible for the subsidy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Thermal capacity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"extra-marge-blog-3\">The heat pump may have a thermal capacity of up to <strong>400 kilowatts (kW)<\/strong> per individual installation. If multiple heat pumps are connected and function as one installation, such as in an apartment complex or larger home, the total <strong>combined capacity must not exceed 500 kW.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"extra-marge-blog-3\">The heat pump must be used for space heating and\/or domestic hot water (e.g., showers and taps). Other applications, such as heating swimming pools, industrial processes, or cooling only, are not eligible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Energy label<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"extra-marge-blog-3\">To qualify for the subsidy, the heat pump must have at least an <strong>A++<\/strong> energy label. This label indicates very high energy efficiency according to European standards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Dutch residence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"extra-marge-blog-3\">The heat pump must be installed in a residence in the Netherlands. Foreign or non-residential buildings are excluded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Installation and application period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The installation must be performed by a <strong>certified installation company<\/strong>. This ensures quality and prevents safety risks. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may only submit a subsidy application once <strong>the installation is fully completed<\/strong>. The system must be operational and all related work finished. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The subsidy application must be submitted <strong>within 24 months<\/strong> of the installation date.
